Registration and payment procedures

Organizers are glad to announce that a reduction in the original full registration fee was made possible by sponsorship and is now R$ 1.275,00 [USD 750,00]. One registration must be completed per paper to be included in SASBE2012 proceedings and presented in the conference. Presentation mode (oral | poster) will be announced upon full paper acceptance.

One-day registration fees correspond to 70% of the respective fee categories described above.
Values above do not include parking and lunch expenses. Discounts are not cumulative.

Partner members

A 15% discount on the full registration is offered to CIB | CABA | iiSBE and partner members.

Group registration*

A 15% discount is offered to groups of 5 people and over. The transaction shall be completed through one single payment in the total using the same CNPJ or CPF (Brazilians only) or order number (foreign citizens).

Students and faculty members from developing countries

A 50% discount on the full registration is offered to researchers and faculty members from developing countries. Such delegates shall email a proof of current employment at an education/research institution.
A special registration level is offered to students (no conference material included). Students shall email a copy of the student ID and, in case of Brazilian private education institutions, proof of payment of the previous month to sasbe2012@funcamp.unicamp.br, containing the expression "SASBE2012" in the subject.
Please wait for approval by the conference secretariat to complete registration and correspondent payment.

1) Fill in the payment form. Please kindly add 7% to the correspondent registration fee to cover transaction costs. [please make sure you use the form with updated [reduced] fees. Students and Faculty members from developing countries are in exclusive fee categories]

3) In case the delegate is a student or researcher/faculty member from a developing country, a valid proof of status (student or faculty member ID, employment proof) shall be emailed to sasbe2012@funcamp.unicamp.br, containing the expression "SASBE2012" in the subject.
